I bought this for a young male who suffers with anxiety and no confidence. He puts it in his pocket, holds it in his hand, pops it under his pillow or whatever he needs. His dad told me he already see's his son sparking more confidence in himself, such a small thing, a palm crystal that physically resonates with the human body and knowing that such a small thing can make such a big difference.
